Journal of Journalism and Media , a blind-reviewed academic journal of the Department of Journalism and Media Studies, Jahangirnagar University, is published every year. It publishes research-oriented papers on media, journalism and communication, photo essays, and critical review of films and recently published books. Papers recommended by reviewers are generally accepted for publication.
