Abstract

Bangladesh, a South Asian country, has been advancing significantly in several fields to create a smarter and more developed society. The term "Smart Bangladesh" describes the country's ambitious and continuous initiatives to use innovation and technology to build a more productive, interconnected and wealthy society, and sustainable employment ensures economic sustainability, social sustainability, and environmental sustainability. This paper proposes a new model of employment called sustainable employment which will be an ethical approach in Smart Bangladesh because it mainly focuses on economic, social, and environmental sustainability. In the context of Smart Bangladesh, this research examines the moral need to resolve these issues through creating sustainable employment prospects.
